Billing Officer
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our expanding customer care and support team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily follow-ups with customers and partners on open opportunities, addressing billing-related queries in close collaboration with our CFO and managing day-to-day general Customer Care & Billing administration work. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service across various communication channels, ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting clients throughout their journey with us.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Follow up on a daily basis with customers and partners on open opportunities
- Responsible for assisting Customers with billing related queries in liaison with the Company’s CFO
- Manage and assist day-to-day general Customer Care & Billing administration work
- Provide exceptional service and support to clients to ensure their satisfaction and activation
- Deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our customers through various communication channels
Required Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field
- Previous experiencing in Accounting field will be considered a strong advantage
- Proficiency in English both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Great organisational skills
- Ability to effectively manage time, work tasks, and priorities information
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
