We are looking for a young and ambitious individual to join our hosting geeks family as a Junior System Administrator. You will collaborate with NetShop ISP’s Technical Support team for the day-to-day infrastructure management activities as well as the customers technical support and maintenance needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Monitor Servers, Network and Infrastructure Status and escalate incidents accordingly
• Assist in Customer support for Level-1 technical inquiries
• Provide help and support during the installation and provisioning of new hardware, products and services
• Assist with the administration of the company’s Inventory system
• Assist with logistics of IT equipment deliveries at NetShop ISP’s global Data Centers
• Liaise with other departments within the company to support customers

Required Qualifications

• Familiarity with computer and server hardware
• Excellent professional written & oral communication skills in both English and Greek
• Passion for technology and willingness to learn new skills

Additional/Optional Skills

• Basic knowledge of Networking will be considered a plus
