CRM Manager
This role is responsible for the administration and optimization of the myNetShop Portal CRM system. As a leading hosting provider leveraging myNetShop Portal for business operations, we are committed to delivering high-quality hosting solutions with exceptional customer service.
Duties & Responsibilities
- - Oversee the management and maintenance of the myNetShop Portal CRM system, ensuring optimal performance across the Admin Area, Client Area, and Website.
- - Configure and update products, services, automation workflows, and billing settings within the CRM to support business operations.
- - Maintain and ensure the accuracy, security, and integrity of customer data within the CRM system.
- - Monitor system performance, identify and troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with the Web Development team to implement updates and improvements.
- - Collaborate with Support, Sales, Web Development, and Customer Care teams to enhance customer interactions and streamline business workflows.
- - Assist in diagnosing and resolving CRM-related client issues, ensuring a seamless user experience and efficient customer support.
- - Customize and optimize CRM modules, order processing workflows, and automation processes to improve operational efficiency.
- - Generate and analyze reports on customer behavior, sales trends, and business performance to support data-driven decision-making.
- - Ensure seamless integration between the Website and CRM system to enhance user experience and process automation.
Required Qualifications
- - Excellent knowledge of Greek and English (both verbal and written).
- - Proven experience on managing and administering CRM platforms.
- - Strong understanding of web hosting services.
- - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- - Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- - Sound Communication Skills (both written and verbal).
- - Ability to learn and retain information in a fast pace environment.
