Customer Care Officer
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join the front line of our growing Customer Care & Support team. In this role, you will manage customer interactions across multiple communication channels, handle initial support inquiries, and assist clients in navigating our company’s portal. As the first point of contact, you will provide support for account-related requests, billing issues, and general inquiries, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to use the hosting services effectively.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
- Regularly check in with customers to ensure they are satisfied and address any concerns.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via all communication channels. (Skype, Live Chat, e-mail, Tickets etc)
- Act as a liaison between customers and support teams during incidents, ensuring quick resolution.
- Keep customers informed about system updates, maintenance schedules, and service disruptions.
- Gather customer feedback to improve service reliability and performance.
- Work closely with support team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field
- Experience in Information Technology field will be considered a strong advantage
- Fluent in English both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Great organisational skills
- Ability to effectively manage time, work tasks, and priorities information
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
