Junior Web Developer

We are looking for a talented individual with passion for programming to join our Web Development team. As a Junior Web Developer you will be part of a highly skilled team responsible for developing and maintaining websites and web-based applications that are used both internally and by Customers.

You will be part of a highly skilled team responsible for developing and maintaining websites and web-based applications that are used both internally and by Customers.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting in the development of Wordpress or plain HTML/CSS websites
• Assisting in the programming of new functionality for React/PHP websites
• Assisting in Websites optimization with caching and other techniques
• Assisting the web development team with all aspects of website and application design
• Assisting with the testing and maintenance of backend and front-end applications
• Collaborating with developers to implement new web features
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest technology and programming trends
• Using user feedback to identify and correct problems with a client's website

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of PHP programming language
• Knowledge of web technologies such as Javascript and familiar with frameworks/libraries such as JQuery and React
• In-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS
• Ability to communicate and work efficiently within set guidelines

Additional/Optional Skills

• Experience with WordPress Content Management System will be considered a plus
• Experience / Familiarity with web design concepts and tools will be considered a plus
