New Product We’ve launched two new Cloud Backup products as part of our Hybrid backup solution. Clients now have the option to choose between Cloud, Local (or both) storage for their data backup location.

VPS Resolved an issue when upgrading a VPS to a different plan was producing a disk space error.

Cloud Backup Clients can now fully manage their Cloud Backup Services directly from the myNetShop portal. The new interface introduces several tabs with detailed insights and controls, such as:

• View statistics for managed devices.
• Review and clear unnecessary alerts.
• Track daily activities with a graphical overview.
• Apply a protection plan to a device.
• Initiate backups for individual devices.
• Remove devices from your account.
• View the most recent actions and backup events.
• Access all backup files with detailed information for each.

Data Centers Our Netherlands infrastructure is growing, with new rack cabinets in Equinix AM2. This strategic expansion will allow us to accommodate the increased demand in EU region, as well as connect Amsterdam in our global XConnect coverage. Read more about Equinix AM2.

Network We have enhanced how our network handles internet outages to ensure our services remain uninterrupted, even if our primary internet path experiences issues. This improvement has been applied in MPL02 data center (Meppel, Netherlands) and soon will be released to all our data centers worldwide.
