November 2025: “Digital Shield” goes live along with new Flexi PRO VPS products
Network “Digital Shield,” our fully automated intrusion-detection and DDoS-protection system, is now live across our global network infrastructure. This powerful tool inspects all incoming traffic, identifies the unique “fingerprint” of an attack, and intelligently blocks it before it reaches the network and causes instability.
New Product Flexi PRO VPS products are available offering higher network speeds, larger capacity for additional IPv4 addresses and many more features.
October 2025 News: Export Tool in myNetShop portal and XConnect with Centroid
Portal Added new functionality in myNetShop Client Portal. Clients can now export (CSV) detailed information about their services by using the new Export Service Data tool.
Network Cross-connect with Centroid, a leading FX Bridge provider, is now live. NetShop customers using the Centroid Bridge can experience up to a 70% improvement in latency through this XConnect service.
The XConnect service makes its debut in September 2025 along with NetShop ISP’s Fabric services being published at Equinix marketplace.
New Product XConnect, NetShop’s low-latency connectivity solution, is launched. Multiple cross-connects have been established already with major providers such as AWS, Alibaba Cloud, Microsoft Azure and Centroid Solutions. Read more about XConnect.

New Product We’ve launched two new Cloud Backup products as part of our Hybrid backup solution. Clients now have the option to choose between Cloud, Local (or both) storage for their data backup location.
The cloud backup products are also segregated into per-Workload and per-GB, in terms of how the billing charges will be calculated. Explore the updated Cloud Backup plans.
