Where are your data centers located?

We operate in European, Asia-Pacific and US Data Centers. More specifically our data centers are located in Cyprus, Malta, London and Maidenhead (United Kingdom), Amsterdam (The Netherlands), United States, Singapore and Hong Kong.

Do you offer servers or any other hosting services in other countries?

We continuously evaluate our needs for expanding in new locations, based on our customers needs and market trends. If you are looking for Virtual or Dedicated Servers in a country different than the ones we offer, please contact our sales team, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Which internet carriers do you work with?

Accepted Answer

Connectivity is crucial for all our hosting services so we collaborate with the largest global internet providers such as: CenturyLink, Telia Carrier, TATA, PCCW Global, Comcast, China Unicom, Lumen.

Question 4

Are your data centers staffed 24x7?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We have on-site engineers available 24x7 in all Data Centers, in addition to our Global Network Operations Center (NOC) team in order be able to physically provision new services to customers and provide hands-on assistance at any time.

Do you offer DDoS attacks protection?

Accepted Answer

In most of our Data centers we have DDoS protection appliances across the perimeter of our network infrastructure. In case of an active attack, we can always assist with on-demand/manual mitigation. If you are interested in a Premium DDoS Protection service, we can help through one of our specialized Anti-DDoS protection service providers.

Can I visit your Data Centers?

Yes. Our Data Centers are operating on a 24x7 basis. Existing customers can request a Data Center visit through the myNetShop Portal (https://my.netshop-isp.com.cy). If you are not an existing customer and would like to visit any of our Data centers, please contact our Sales team.

Are your Datacenters inter-connected?

Accepted Answer

As per the topology of our global network infrastructure, each Datacenter is isolated from each other with exception in Amsterdam and Singapore. These two Data Centers are inter-connected and customers are provided with an additional subnet, part of our Global Private Network (GPN) where they can transfer data for free and securely.
